What you will find is everything from high quality local produce in the butchers and bakers to books, maps and out door essentials; from everyday basics to special gifts to remember your visit. There are boutiques selling jewellery made from local gold, sheepskin rugs, designer clothes and much more. We even have cashpoints – remember that not everyone takes cards round here!
Dolgellau has a fast expanding and very popular Farmers’ Market held on the third Sunday of every month. There’s also a fascinating local furniture and household goods auction Mart held on the third Thursday of every month. Come and explore both – you never know what treasures you might find.

Ten Craft Workshops packed full with unique hand crafted items for your home, garden and gifts for others. See the Craftspeople at work and buy their crafts. Many of the Craftspeople now offer visitors the chance to make their own crafts; drop in to paint pottery, dip candles and to make your own herbals or book a workshop to make designer cards, to learn scrapbooking and to make a piece of rustic forest furniture.
The Craft Centre Cafe is light, bright and modern with amazing views. The menu, with lots of local ingredients, has a Welsh twist including a tasty selection of Welsh Rarebits.
